The client's campaign was targeted at empty nesters seeking a luxurious retirement with the goal of creating a brochure that felt distinct from typical property marketing material.
The type lock up sits within an invisible grid suggestive of both cohabitation in apartment style living as well as batches of baked goods.
The typeface echoes the building’s combination of old and new through a contemporary sans serif font with an imperfect, distressed outline to suggest ageing.
