Overview: Name and visual identity creation for a Mexican used book shop. The brand name - Patina (the natural pattern appearing on objects over time) celebrates the inherent character of used books and the hidden beauty in degradation.
The primary wordmark is displayed in an ink and paper colour palette, bookended by the brand concept. 
Layered stickers form part of the visual language in recognition that forms of human intervention can create inorganic patinas of sorts.
